Velocitia FZ LLC (“We”, “Us”) built the IR Medical Centre App as a Free app. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies to use our service.

Consent

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, IR Medical Centre automatically generates a Unique Device ID for you when you launch the app and complete the on-boarding process. This information saved on third party server anonymously. This is to ensure no personally identifiable information is collected or logged.

The app use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Currently we use following firebase services as third party

⚫ Google Analytics for Firebase (https://firebase.google.com/policies/analytics) : Google Analytics uses the datato provide analytics and attribution information. 

⚫ Firebase Cloud Firestore: Firebase Cloud Firestore is a hosting and backend service provided by Google LLC.

⚫ Firebase Cloud Messaging – For Push Notifications

⚫ Firebase Cloud Functions

All communications between IR Medical Centre and its servers always happens over HTTPs.

Apple

IR Medical Centre is distributed through the App Store and therefore the use of IR Medical Centre is also subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.(https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/en-ww/) 

Sharing Data

When Law Enforcement Agencies legally request for customer data, we are liable to provide such information which may include:

⚫ all email correspondences

⚫ all interactions over social media including private communications 

All correspondences over social media are subject to the Privacy Policy of that service and are beyond the scope of this policy. 

This is subject to a single constraint that you have previously mentioned your Account ID to us or we can identify you through some unique ID (example, Email ID). 

Since IR Medical Centre does not collect any personally identifying information from you, our scope of identifying a customer and therefore being able to share such information is very limited.
